Yellow Banana Park

Getting three of them in one shot is almost impossible...Josiah has his hands in Annika's back pockets.

William, being nimble.

I've been hearing some rumors that Minnesota has been anything but heavenly the last few days...I'm sorry to hear that, truly I am.  I am not so far removed from living there that I don't remember the dark, cold, depressing days when winter seemed like it would never end.  Hang in there.  Think on that first day that you can drive with the windows down and wear a light fleece instead of a heavy coat, hat, mittens, boots.  It is coming, I promise and it will feel like paradise because it did, every single year.  To have lived through a Minnesota winter is no small feat.  Hang in there, my friends.

Anyway, here are some pictures to torture you with, since it was 60+ degrees in Norfolk today after several "chilly" days of rain.  I found a new park in an area of Norfolk that was completely new to me...this is what happens when a city is very cut up by rivers and inlets and various other bodies of water.  I found a bridge and I went over and behold--there was an entire section of city over there that I'd never heard of...they have nice parks over there.  How I love to go where I've never been before, even if that place is less than five miles from home!

Stay warm!
