Mont St. Michel

For Mom, Gen and anyone else who is unable to mentally picture Mont St. Michel based on my awesome verbal description of: "It's like a monastery and a village that's like, um....on a rock? And when the tide comes in, it's completely surrounded by water"*.
Hope this helps.
*Except for the causeway, of course, for you anal types that have to be right about everything. You know who you are.

Yeah, that doesn't look too much different from places around here!

Another great picture! I am assuming that you did not take this one though. I suppose that the causeway was built to ,make it easier for tourists to get there. I think that you guys will enjoy your visit to the area. Take more pictures.

We did not take this one as (a) we haven't been there yet; and (b) we don't own a plane to be taking aerial shots.

Am I spelling aerial wrong or am I spelling it Britishly? It looks funny.

You're spelling aerial correctly. If it was spelled "British", there's be an unnecessary vowel in there somewhere...

Yeah, Scuba and I stayed at a place like that a couple of weeks ago. Not.
