About Paris...

Paris was tres magnifique!

Well, except for the horrible, overnight, 10 hour+ bus ride that was so uncomfortable that I ended up booking a first-class seat on the high speed TGV back home on Sunday. Let me tell you...rail travel is the way to go! It took us around four hours to get from Paris to Stuttgart (yes, there were three others with me, so I wasn't exaggerating the discomfort). It was a tad expensive, but definitely some of the best money I've ever spent...!

We were also able to stay in Paris for almost three hours after the bus left town and thus were able to more fully enjoy the Louvre. I enjoyed my best moment in Paris when my party and I were allowed to jump the line because I'm pregnant. It was quite a coup as it was the first Sunday of the month and admission was free. So you can imagine how incredibly long the line was!

I don't know, does anyone want to see pictures? Other than Mom, Dad and Donna? If so, kindly leave me a comment and I'll take some time to sort out the better photos and throw some captions on.

Au Revoir!

I would love some pictures. I didn't have time for the Louvre a few years back and would like to see what I missed. Also curious what other spots you guys saw.

Yes, pictures!

So glad you had a good time! Europeans are very thoughtful of pregnant women it seems.

Did I say "yes" pictures?!?

Let me join the chorus for more pictures. You will have to fill me in on the train ride home, it sure sounds nice. The other blog doesn't allow comments, but I was wondering why Joe mentioned sting weed? I keep forgeting about his superpower of super memory. Such a kid.

Of course, I want to see pictures and read more stories. I'm so glad you got a weekend away.

I also tried to comment on Josiah's super powers but had no luck. Perhaps Josiah blocked our ability? Anyway, his list is impressive. He forgot one power - his great big heart that includes loving others.
